What We Leave Behind

In their debut chapbook, Evy traces the paths between ancestral memory, generational trauma, survival, accountability, love, and the return to self. Moving through forests, houses, watchtowers, broken plates, flowers, and bodies, these poems ask what we inherit, what we carry, and what we may finally allow ourselves to put down.
