The Salt Process

The Salt Process is a poetry collection tracing the unraveling and rebuilding of a life shaped by addiction. Moving through the dissolve, the boil, the burn, and the slow return, these poems capture the raw truth of breaking apart and the quiet strength required to come back. Told through elemental imagery and lived experience, this is an addicts story of survival, loss, and the steady work of becoming whole again.
