Something Like Whole

In Something Like Whole, Rivera pieces together the beautiful, broken, and ordinary moments that shape a life. From the early loss of her father to the raw edges of motherhood, from mending her marriage, to social anxiety, and the wild freedom of her twenties spent abroad these poems are a quiet reckoning with identity, grief, love, and healing. Rivera writes with unflinching honesty and tenderness, exploring what it means to lose parts of yourself and still keep growing. This is a debut that doesnt search for perfection only truth, connection, and the courage to become whole.
