A Quiet Undoing

Like any other collection, this collection was not written in one sitting, nor under the single spell of a season. It grew, thread by thread, out of many moods; moments of tenderness and doubt, of longing and sorrow, of quiet rebellion and small awakenings. Each poem carries a fragment of that journey, but together they form a tapestry of questions and recognitions that could not exist alone. You will find love here in its many disguises: as fire, as spell, as puzzle, as harvest. You will also find sorrow, sometimes heavy as a winter coat, sometimes light as a scarf caught in the wind. Between them runs the thread of memory and imagination, weaving ordinary days with glimpses of the cosmic.
